Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health (HH) services in a day shift setting. This position involves providing therapeutic care to geriatric patients in a home health environment. The role requires flexibility with territory, timely documentation, and effective communication to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active state license required, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, recent OASIS experience, BLS certification, and valid drivers license with personal transportation required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with home health and community hospital experience preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Traveler expected to be flexible with territory; timely documentation and communication are mandatory. Scrubs in any color are acceptable, no jeans permitted. Cell phones are not provided, but an iPad is supplied for documentation. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
