Receiving Associate Radwell International LLC | Production Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 The Receiving Associate is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations. Key Responsibilities Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned Metrics Average of 6 units per hour received Complete daily processing of all shipments Additional performance measurements may be added as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work effectively in a team environment Focus on department growth and process improvement Knowledge & Skills Required Strong computer proficiency Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Problem-solving abilities Good communication skills Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1–3 years of related experience or training preferred Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus Physical Demands Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Frequent walking Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds Compensation & Commission The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour . Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
