Tsunami Express currently operates 75+ express car wash locations across the Midwest. We are creating a high-performance network powered by people, automation, and smart technology. As a Tsunami Express District Manager, you will oversee multiple locations and play a critical role in driving operational excellence, developing leaders, and delivering strong financial performance. Our District Managers are responsible for coaching Site Managers, improving site performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations. Multi-Unit Leadership Responsibilities What You'll Do as a District Manager: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Site Managers as a District Manager across multiple locations Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to support leadership development and performance management Recruit, hire, and train new Site Managers, building a strong leadership pipeline Participate in weekly Business Performance Meetings focused on revenue growth, membership metrics, and labor optimization Present in monthly operations meetings, reviewing KPIs, training compliance, and site performance Site-Level Responsibilities Perform regular site visits as a District Manager to evaluate operations, team performance, and customer experience Identify and develop future leaders within your district Ensure Site Manager accountability for: Execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Consistent, high-level customer service and guest experience Site cleanliness, equipment uptime, and facility maintenance Achieving zero downtime and operational efficiency goals Partner with the Support Team to drive: New site openings and launch execution Staffing, onboarding, and training initiatives Sales growth and promotional performance Requirements What You'll Need to Succeed as a District Manager: A positive, approachable leadership style with strong team-building skills Proven multi-unit, district, or area management experience Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand equipment and operations High level of accountability, reliability, and results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site operations environment Willingness to work outdoors and travel regularly between locations Passion for customer experience, team development, and operational excellence Car wash, retail, or service industry experience (preferred but not required) Summary What You'll Get as a District Manager: Competitive base salary plus monthly performance bonuses tied to district performance Employee discounts on services and products Flexible scheduling and paid time off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company A strong culture focused on leadership development, accountability, and results When You'll Work Scheduling for District Managers varies based on business demands: Shifts are generally 8-10 hours Evenings and weekends may be required On-call availability expected for operational support Full-time role with regular travel between locations Join the Tsunami Experience as a District Manager!
