Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Tech

Location: 2800 Centre Ave, Reading PA Pay Rate: $24/HR Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy employees in Solution Café/Store front office onsite, and Remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items

Responsibilities:

Receive user calls via phone or Walk-ups and offer support.
Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).
Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.

Skills:

Great Customer Service
Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365)
CompTIA A+ is great to have.
