Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while serving patients in the Marshfield, WI area in a home health setting.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
At least 12 months of home health Occupational Therapy experience within the past 3 years (required).
Experience with home health clinical documentation systems required; HCHB experience preferred.
BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel therapy or contract experience preferred.
Experience managing a home health caseload and working independently in patient homes preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Territory: Marshfield, WI; candidate must be able to travel within the local territory and provide care in patient homes.
