Job Summary

We are looking for a Security Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft security technologies, Azure Cloud, and on-premises Microsoft environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and customer-facing support skills, along with hands-on knowledge of at least two Microsoft security technologies.

\n

The candidate will support enterprise customers by resolving complex security issues related to product onboarding, deployment, configuration, authentication, and endpoint protection. Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.

Required Skills:

\n

\n
• 2+ years in Network Security, Security Engineering, or Systems Administration.
\n
• 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
\n
• Experience with Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, or Azure AD/Entra ID.
\n
• 1+ year of enterprise cloud security or hybrid cloud experience.
\n
• Basic knowledge of at least 2 Microsoft security technologies :
\n
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
\n
• Microsoft Defender for Identity
\n
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
\n
• Microsoft 365 Defender
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, incident resolution, and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Profile: Microsoft Security Support Engineer with Defender, Azure, Windows/AD, and enterprise customer support experience.
