Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct consistent progress reviews with clients to assess their mental health stability, schedule follow-up appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate. \n
- Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring responsiveness to their changing circumstances. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate seamless care. \n
- Administer comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information and determine the best course of treatment for new clients. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, delivering evidence-based interventions and support to drive positive client outcomes. \n
- Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance professional skills and address challenges faced during client sessions. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers within our network to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n

This role primarily focuses on outpatient clients, offering mental health services to a diverse demographic that spans various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required. \n
- Possession of an unrestricted, independent, active LPC license. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation. \n
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY, to facilitate documentation and case management. \n

- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on outpatient care. \n
- Comfort in conducting and completing intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process. \n

- The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
- We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that ensure our clinicians are compensated ahead of collections. \n
