What You Bring to the Line

• Education: High school diploma or GE.
• Experience: 3+ years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing or a related regulated industry.

What You'll Do:

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct product testing using standard quality control equipment, methods, and procedures.
• Accurately document inspection results, test data, deviations, and non-conformance findings.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, safety, and quality assurance requirements.
• Maintain detailed quality records, batch documentation, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA activities to resolve product and process concerns.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Train and support production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and quality support.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
