Trauma Nurse Coordinator

Collaborates with the Trauma Director and Trauma Program Manager on clinical components of the Trauma Program. Responsible for clinical activities of the Trauma Program including: liaison between Trauma Program and clinical departments and staff; education resources and instructor in trauma care and trauma related topics for medical, nursing, allied health, para-professional and pre-hospital personnel; participates in a multi-disciplinary framework to integrate allied health care recommendations into the nursing care plan.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Other Trauma Nurse Core Course Preferred

Experience

• 5 years experience in trauma, critical care or emergency department Required

Licenses

• PA Registered Nurse License Required
• Brd of Cert for Emergency Nrsg Preferred
• Cert Critical Care RN Preferred
• Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
