Licensed CDL Drivers start at $30 per hour and will earn a $2500 sign on Bonus in the first year This is more than a driving position. You will become a trusted representative of Denver Beverage by learning your customers’ needs, maintaining accurate deliveries, identifying opportunities to support their businesses, and ensuring every customer receives the quality of service they deserve. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on an assigned route Deliver beverages, products, and supplies accurately and on schedule Load, unload, and organize products at customer locations Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Welcome and support new customers joining the route Confirm orders and ensure delivery accuracy Maintain organized product displays and customer storage areas when required Communicate customer requests, concerns, and sales opportunities to management Complete required delivery paperwork and electronic documentation Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures Maintain a professional appearance and represent Denver Beverage positively Follow all DOT requirements, traffic laws, and company policies Qualifications The successful candidate must either: Hold a valid Class B CDL; or Obtain a Class B CDL within the first 90 days of employment The ideal candidate will also: Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Be dependable, punctual, and committed to safety Enjoy working independently and interacting with customers Have strong communication and problem‑solving skills Be comfortable performing a physically active job Be able to lift, move, and deliver beverage products throughout the workday Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic Be willing to learn and grow within the company Why Join Denver Beverage? Requirements Minimum Requirements: Good Communication/Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently Valid Drivers License Ability to lift 50 -125lbs repeatedly throughout the day You will be provided with a company vehicle and uniforms.
