Operations Leadership Trainee (Monday-Friday: Day Shift)

Job Summary TheOperations LeadershipTraineeisanentry level position into salaried leadershipwhich provides thestructure,time,andguidancefor an individual to learn the various aspects of a WebstaurantStore distribution center, as well as the expectations of our leadership team.TheOperations LeadershipTraineeis expected to be flexibleregardingschedules, available to work on any shift to fill leadershipgaps orrotate through departments and shifts to gain a full understanding of the operation. The goal foranOperations LeadershipTrainee is tocompletethetrainingprogram and be placedina permanent leadership position within the facility. While this shift does operate primarily on day shift initially, it will be the expectation that time will be spent across multiple shifts. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for assigned departments;identifyand resolve operating issues as needed, including support of corrective actions and progressive disciplineprocess.
