Ensure all work performed complies with all environmental, health and safety protocols and industry standards.* Implement an effective preventive maintenance program, including maintenance scheduling, monitoring environmental controls and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime.* Enforce operational and maintenance standards that support contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.* Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates* Provide rapid response to emergencies and equipment failures to ensure operational continuity and safeguard data integrity. Implement disaster recovery protocols and enforce compliance to maintain operational reliability.**Qualifications****Required:*** Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph* High School Diploma or equivalent* Ten (10) years of facilities operations experience* Five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities operations and/or maintenance* Experience in prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans* Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas* Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large-scale facilities equipment* Demonstrated experience with 24/7 critical operations support* Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.* Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics* Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills* Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment* Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations**Basic Compensation:**$95,600 - $131,400This range is for the CO area only.The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**Additional Compensation:**KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
