School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Auburn, WA Schedule: Monday–Friday; full time (leave coverage position) Employment Type: School Setting - elementary and middle school Position Highlights: Full time/ Monday through Friday during school hours Leave Coverage Position-- December 8, 2025, through February 13, 2026 In-person Fingerprinting, agency, and district onboarding required prior to starting Must hold an active Washington State Behavior Analyst License, Certification from BACB, and ESA (or be willing to obtain ASAP) Healthcare benefits (for eligible employees) 401(k) with matching (for eligible employees) Paid sick leave Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate - between work locations Reimbursement for licensing, continuing education, and other professional costs General and professional liability insurance No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching to nonprofits (for eligible employees) #J-18808-Ljbffr
