OB Hospitalist Position

In-house OB/GYN hospitalist role providing emergency coverage and consistent maternal care

Collaborative practice environment with local OBs

Flexible scheduling typically 7 x 24-hour shifts/month

No on-call or office management responsibilities

Competitive compensation (full-time & part-time options available)

Guaranteed shifts with hourly rate + bonus potential

~21 days off per month

Approx. 4,000 annual deliveries

48 private birthing/postpartum suites (recently renovated)

High-risk pregnancy care and comprehensive maternal services

Level III NICU and cord blood banking available

Location La Mesa, CA (San Diego County)
