Job Summary:
This position is for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves providing physical therapy services to patients, with a flexible schedule of either 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts, and no weekend work. Location:Lincoln, Illinois, United States Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Skills & Certifications: - Active Physical Therapist license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Not specified. Special Considerations: - Schedule requests and time-off requests are to be discussed with the manager.
- The client may call off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without pay. Being placed on-call counts as a called-off shift. Scheduling:
- 4x10-hour shifts (0645-1700) or 5x8-hour shifts.
- No weekends.
- Specific schedule to be discussed with the manager.
