Position Details Mercy STL Hospital Clinical Nurse Educator – Trauma Neuro ICU and Med Surg ICU Qualifications If a bachelor's degree has been attained, 2 years' clinical experience is required. If an associate's degree is the highest level of degree attained, 10 years hospital nursing experience or 5 years' hospital nursing experience if active enrollment in an RN to BSN program.
