MAC OS X Support Technician - Onsite

100% onsite

Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve macOS, Apple hardware, and connectivity issues.
System Management: Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Device Deployment: Manage device enrollment, updates, and configurations using tools like Jamf Pro or Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
Security & Maintenance: Ensure system security compliance, perform routine maintenance, and run backups.
User Assistance: Provide remote or on-site technical support and training to employees or clients.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in macOS environments and Apple hardware.
Tools: Experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Apple Remote Desktop, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or Zendesk).
Certifications: Preferred credentials include Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent IT certifications.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, patience, and customer communication abilities.
