Responsibilities
- Execute territory business plans and drive sales performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers
- Manage territory operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain expertise in assigned pharmaceutical products
- Support AbbVie customer objectives through exceptional service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year institution
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- One year of B2B sales experience preferred
- Competitive drive with results-oriented, relationship-building mindset
- Active listening and consultative selling abilities
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 base annually
