Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide specialized care for adult patients, including first-time travelers. Candidates must be adaptable to rotating weekends, float within scope, and work night shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS and BLS certifications and hospital protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Float to related units within scope as required and complete onboarding modules onsite.

Qualifications:

• Valid ICURN license and pending or verified NM/Compact license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience in a hospital environment.
• Ability to work 36 or 48-hour rotating night shifts.
• Demonstrated flexibility to float and adapt to urgent clinical needs.
