Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards specific to food service.
• Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, handle cash, and manage receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including seating, counters, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to avoid shortages.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
