Responsibilities Prepare and submit quotations according to client and British Standard requirements, ensuring accuracy and proper processing of customer orders. Assist with technical bid writing, including methodologies, sequencing, and submission documents. Prepare conceptual electronic design drawings and system schematic wiring details. Liaise with Sales and Project/Design Teams to prepare and submit quotations to prospective clients. Assist in preparing cost information, profit forecasts, and collating tenders. Obtain and assess competitive quotations from suppliers or sub-contractors for tenders. Represent the company at site meetings and conduct site surveys as needed. Process client sales orders and coordinate with project engineers on installation orders. Perform administrative duties as required. Undertake any other duties relevant to the role.
