Benefits & Leave Administrator

M/I Homes

M/I Homes is seeking a Benefits Administrator to serve as the first contact for employee benefit and leave questions and to support day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs. You will handle enrollment, data entry in Dayforce, and coordination with carriers. The role reports to the Benefits Analyst and HR Benefit Manager and requires attention to detail and confidentiality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
