Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU

• Provide care to post-operative patients in the PACU
• Monitor patient recovery and manage pain relief accurately
• Collaborate with departments and providers to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Manage a patient ratio of 1-2 patients in PACU

Requirements of the RN - PACU

• Minimum 1-year current PACU experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Preferred: CPAN, CAPA, Critical Care experience
