Marketing Manager, Car Wash

Company: The Wash Shop, owned by Breeze Autocare Job Description: Marketing Manager Location: Austin, TX (hybrid/remote) The Wash Shop is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our 18 express car wash locations. This role, reporting in part to The Director of Breeze Marketing and working cross-functionally with the Director of Operations, will oversee digital marketing, promotions, loyalty programs, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer traffic. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative campaign development to help grow our customer base and maximize membership sales. The Wash Shop is a subsidiary of Breeze Autocare whose brands include Oil Changers, Oil Changers + Repair, and The Wash Shop. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase car wash traffic and membership growth Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, social media, email, and SMS marketing Oversee local marketing initiatives and partnerships within the community Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI Manage the customer loyalty and membership programs Coordinate branding and messaging across all marketing channels Work with operations teams to support new promotion launches and events Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners Track competitor activity and industry trends Education Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience or relevant bootcamp coursework may also be considered. Work Experience 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools) Some experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns. Some experience using a CRM or customer data platform. Exposure to Google Drive, Adobe Illustrator or other design tools (academic or professional). Preferred Skills Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in retail business and/or with local store marketing. Initiative, drive, and the willingness to learn new things.
