Bilingual Teller Retail Banker

Retail Banker – Branch Banking Join our nationally recognized, employee‑owned bank to serve customers in the Texas Center area. Location TX – Center, WM-0351 810 Hurst St Center 75935 Schedule Full‑time Responsibilities Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines. Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree. Previous in‑store banking experience preferred, but not required. Positive and engaging attitude. Fluent in English and Spanish. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Full‑time work status required. No supervisory responsibility. Little to no overnight travel expected; may cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles. Working conditions: standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
