Description:

The Promotional Sales Representative is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, promoting products and services, and supporting sales growth through customer engagement, product demonstrations, trade shows, promotional events, and community outreach activities. This position serves as a front-line ambassador for the company and plays a key role in developing new business relationships while maintaining positive interactions with existing customers.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to prospective and current customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, career fairs, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to management.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional events and customer appreciation activities.
• Maintain professional knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.
• Support company branding efforts through community involvement and networking opportunities.
• Travel as required to customer locations, trade shows, and promotional events. Must have reliable personal transportation.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or promotional events preferred.
• Experience with trade shows, product demonstrations, or public speaking is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and speaking during events and presentations.
• Ability to lift and carry promotional materials up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel is required.
