Product Manager For Data Retention And Supervision Technologies

This role involves overseeing product planning and execution for Data Retention and Supervision technologies for Electronic Communication data. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working collaboratively with various teams to ensure financial and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Kennesaw, GA; Jacksonville, FL

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of product management discipline, including new product development, testing, and deployment
• Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements and obligations for retention, supervision, and discovery of electronic communication
• Prior experience in a high-volume production environment
• Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with technology deployment processes
• Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics, and Data Management technologies
• Product Management Certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Drive new product enhancements/updates through the development process lifecycle
• Perform product demos and orchestrate training for customers
• Develop and manage the core positioning and messaging for the product
