CNC Machinist

Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $54,080 - $60,320 annually Position Summary The CNC Machinist will possess expertise in setting up and operating CNC machines, particularly those equipped with Heidenhain and Siemens control systems. The role requires attention to detail, commitment to quality, effective communication, and a strong dedication to workplace safety. Essential Functions and Duties Proficiently set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Experience with Heidenhain or Siemens control systems. Maintain high-quality standards during machine setup and operation. Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure precision and consistency. Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels to convey technical information. Foster a positive team environment through clear communication. Strictly follow established procedures and protocols for CNC machine setup. Document and maintain records of machine settings and adjustments. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during machine setup or operation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency. Prioritize and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Report safety concerns or incidents promptly and participate in training. Minimum Qualifications Technical Trade School for CNC technician or 5+ years related experience as a CNC Machinist or Technician. 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with knowledge of milling, turning, and grinding processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating and managing CNC-controlled machining production. Proficient problem‑solving and change management skills. Strong communication skills across all organization levels. Experience with Heidenhain or Siemens control systems. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results. Previous experience in the medical industry is a significant advantage.
