Requirements (Must-Haves) • Nebraska Journeyman Electrician License or qualifying reciprocal license • 1-5+ years of electrical construction experience • Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA standards • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings • Experience with electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and lead projects • Strong communication skills • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass pre-employment screening 8.
