Working Hours / Rota The hospital will operate with a structured daytime schedule designed to support both general practice and urgent care services. The schedule will be developed collaboratively with the incoming Lead Veterinarian to ensure consistent access to care for patients while maintaining a balanced and sustainable working routine for the veterinary team. Role Description and Responsibilities The Lead Veterinarian will play a central role in establishing the hospital's clinical standards, team culture, and operational success.
