What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology, you will be vital in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. Your expertise will support treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure comfort and safety throughout their healing journey. Join us in making a meaningful impact every day!

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology or Radiation Oncology
• Valid RN license in Georgia
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Chemo certification, or the ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle complex care needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with chemo administration
• Familiarity with radiation therapy procedures
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Additional certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) preferred

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Georgia
• At least 2 years of recent Oncology or Radiation Oncology nursing experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to travel as needed for licensure or additional training
• Commitment to adhering to all safety and compliance standards
