Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Role: Provides direct nursing care in medical-surgical settings, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Utilize nursing standards to develop and implement individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes. Advocate for patients and collaborate with families and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on health measures, and foster a positive work environment through mentoring. Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient demographics and needs. Perform point-of-care testing and ensure safety at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with at least one year of RN experience. Must hold valid RN licensure and BLS certification applicable to the state of practice. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary tasks, along with effective communication skills.
