Job Description

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in a variety of settings. You will function as a vital part of the healthcare team, providing support to patients and assisting in their treatment plans while applying clinical judgment and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Observe and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and behavior.
• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Plan work activities effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least one (1) year of experience as an LVN.
• Current California LVN license.
• Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associate's or equivalent degree.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with computer proficiency.
