Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Contracts Manager Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . Responsibilities Plans and directs the work of purchasing departments and monitors the status of open contracts to ensure timely delivery. Implement organizational policies for vendor evaluation and negotiate contract terms for the acquisition of mission-critical materials. Supervise the preparation of procurement reports and ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to federal safety and quality standards. Manages the execution of contract expediting and procurement tasks for special operations facilities within the Pacific AOR. Evaluate regional procurement status reports to prioritize resource allocation and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets. Lead the coordination of local vendors and logistics teams to resolve contract performance issues affecting theater operations. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 10 years of position-relevant experience. Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical contract compliance protocols. Preferred Qualifications Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field. Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or USACE procurement protocols. Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols for contracted services. Clearance Requirement Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00–$254,000.00. Factors that can impact final salary include Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education and certifications, and Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
