If you're caring, reliable, and passionate about making a difference, this is the place for you.Position: Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.Collect and record data on client progress.Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).QualificationsHigh School Diploma – REQUIREDBachelor's in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.Must pass the TB test.Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Hiring Locations We are currently hiring throughout Los Angeles County including but not limited to:Mid?City, Mid?Wilshire, Miracle Mile, Carthay, Fairfax District, Wilshire Vista, Victoria Park, Beverly Grove, Hollywood, Koreatown, Westlake / MacArthur Park, Downtown LA (DTLA), Echo Park, Silver Lake, East Hollywood, Palmas, Cheviot Hills, Beverlywood, West LA, SawtelleCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and educationPart?time start: 15–20 hours per week to beginPath to full?time: Opportunity to grow into full?time hours depending on center needs and your availabilityFlexible scheduling to support work–life balanceMileage reimbursementPaid drive time between client locationsPaid trainingPaid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationCell phone allowancePaid sick timeEmployee referral programOpportunities for advancement within the organization
