• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to establish their mental health status and needs, using standardized tests and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions that encourage client participation and adherence to therapeutic goals, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

Your primary clientele will include adults coping with various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required for this role.
