Your journey starts here!POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Kids Club Coordinator, the Childcare Associate for Villa Sport Fitness is responsible for caring for children ages six weeks through eleven years. This includes providing a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for children while their parents utilize club facilities. You will create a welcoming environment where children can participate in fun activities. With your positive attitude, creativity, and passion for working with children, you will contribute to the overall success of Villa Sport by delivering exceptional service to our youngest members and their families.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:$18.45 hourly.401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.Complimentary club membership.Discounts on club products and services.Flexible schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:CPR certification for adults/children/infants/AED required within 30 days of hire date and must remain current throughout employment.
