Travel Med Surg RN

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift is nights, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with alternating weekends.

We are seeking a qualified Travel Med Surg RN to provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices and enhance the overall experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient education and promote health awareness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.
• Registered Nurse license valid in the appropriate state.
• Must have a permanent address 50+ miles from the facility.
