Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available based on business needs and could include weekends) Compensation & Benefits Pay starting @ $18.00/hour Weekly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off 8 paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Position Overview The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the warehouse and production floor, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting overall operational efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (standard and electric) to move materials safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and minimal damage Transport materials between storage and production areas Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Utilize warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain accuracy Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a physically active role (standing, lifting, operating equipment) Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation Team-focused environment with an emphasis on safety and productivity Why Join Us We are a growing company offering stable employment and the opportunity to advance.
