Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary plus commission , with first-year on-target earnings of $110,000 - $130,000 . This is a long-term opportunity for professionals committed to building a strong book of business and increasing their income over time. The commission structure offers substantial earning potential, with established top performers earning well into the six figures.

Mechanical Systems Company , a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor serving commercial and industrial clients, is seeking a motivated sales professional to join its growing team in a true growth opportunity focused on building long-term client relationships, expanding the business, and creating lasting impact.

What You'll Do

As a Service Agreement Sales Representative, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with commercial and industrial clients in the HVAC and plumbing industry.

• Conduct cold outreach (phone and in-person) to generate leads
• Meet with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
• Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with key contacts
• Identify and qualify commercial service agreement opportunities
• Use tools and data to target properties and time your outreach effectively
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What You Bring

• Prior sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems is a plus
• Background in technical or product sales is preferred
• Experience estimating construction or service projects is a plus

Work Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
