Role Overview: This is a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position focused on providing healthcare services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, or behavioral disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor health conditions, administer medications, conduct assessments, and implement healthcare plans. Provide training to staff on medication administration, infection control, and safety protocols. Serve as a liaison with medical and community providers to coordinate care, and educate individuals on topics like self-medication, sex education, and smoking cessation. Qualifications & Skills: Associates Degree or state certification, current state licensure, at least one year of relevant experience, and valid driver's license. Certifications such as CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, and ACT are required. Effective communication skills are essential.
