As a millwright, you will help install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and mechanical systems. Day-to-day work may include inspecting machinery, adjusting components, supporting preventative maintenance, and keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently. You will work in a warehouse or industrial environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and safe work habits matter. A strong fit is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable using tools, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting. This temp job is a great opportunity for candidates who take pride in solving equipment issues and keeping operations moving.

• Compensation: $29 -$34 per hour DOE

• Job Site Location: Columbia City, Oregon

• Shift: 5 pm - 5 am

• Employment Type: Temp to hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Millwright experience, training, or strong mechanical maintenance background

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring tools safely

• Ability to follow work instructions, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety practices

• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a warehouse or industrial environment

• Previous millwright experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting

• Familiarity with preventative maintenance, equipment installation, alignment, and mechanical troubleshooting
