Regulatory Compliance And Safety ManagerLocation: Rancho Cucamonga, CAResponsibilitiesProactively verify and monitor regulatory compliance and safety of products manufactured and sold by the companyMonitor and research changes in food regulations, guidance, and legal issues; assess their impact on company products and coordinate implementation plansManage safety issues: assess the impact on company products, conduct root cause and risk assessments, and develop and execute response, verification, and follow-up action plansManage standards and documentation: maintain regulatory, customer, and internal standards and keep supporting records current and traceableManage labeling: maintain supporting data and proactively assess risks for ingredient statements, allergen declarations, nutrition information, nutrient content claims, and product images and wordingRespond promptly to documentation requests from customers and relevant internal departmentsMinimize risks through dedicated staffing and proactive management of issues that could lead to recalls, sales interruptions, or legal disputesInterpret regulations, legal provisions, and technical data, and prepare professional assessment reportsPerform other related duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field5-10 years of directly relevant regulatory compliance and product safety experience for instant noodles, snacks, and saucesExpertise in interpreting and applying FDA, CFIA, FTC, and USDA regulationsKnowledge of and practical experience with labeling requirements in the U.S., Canada, and MexicoKnowledge of the composition and ingredients of formulated foods, including instant noodles, snacks, and saucesStrong skills in risk assessment, verification, problem-solving, and corrective action management and executionAbility to work with other departments and respond to customer requests in a timely mannerMultiple priority management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Willingness to travel 0~10%Authorized to work lawfully in the United StatesFluency in Korean is preferredEmployee Benefits100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (Fully paid by company)401K Matching up to 4 %Cellphone AllowancesEmployee DiscountsPaid VacationPaid Sick Days11 Paid HolidaysPaid Bereavement LeaveEmployee development programOn-Job Training ProgramCareer-PathLunch Catering for employeesVarious Team building programsHealth Wellness
