RN Supervisor - NOC Shift

Resolve is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Nurse Supervisor at our Resolve Diamondback location. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while guiding and supporting clinical staff during night operations. Schedule: Full-time NOC (5 days/week) Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during Night shifts Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Serve as the point of contact for clinical decision-making and escalation Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes Assist with admissions, assessments, and documentation as needed Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card SNF/LTC experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments What We Offer: Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Meaningful work that makes a difference in patients’ lives If you’re a motivated RN ready to take the next step into a leadership role, we encourage you to apply and become part of the team at Resolve Diamondback.
