Maintain standards for dining services, ensuring efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen. Serve meals to residents within the scheduled time frame. Report problems, concerns, and issues related to food service and communicate them appropriately. Adhere to all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements. Qualifications One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred. Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents. High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience working within a kitchen/serving/dietary environment.
