What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Maintain a clean and organized production floor and workstation
• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Operate and maintain production line machinery and equipment
• Load raw materials and unload finished goods from equipment
• Follow production guidelines to meet quality and efficiency standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment
• Report operational issues and support team and cross-functional needs

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Adapt to changing workloads and production demands
• Maintain consistent speed and accuracy while meeting production targets
• Have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
