Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified RN specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care in a high-risk obstetric setting. This travel position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess maternal and fetal health to identify high-risk conditions.
  
  
• 
  Monitor fetal heart rates using intermediate fetal monitoring techniques.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Perform cesarean sections and assist with other obstetric procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe delivery and postpartum care.
  
  
• 
  Document clinical findings accurately using the EMR systems (Centricity and Meditech).
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license with at least 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate fetal monitoring techniques.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
  
  
• 
  Experience performing common obstetric procedures.
