Bilingual Technical Coordinator (Mandarin) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Technical Coordinator (Mandarin) to support communication between our Mandarin-speaking clients and our internal technical teams. This role serves as a key point of contact, helping ensure client requests, technical information, and project updates are accurately communicated and documented. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning technical concepts. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the primary communication link between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal technical teams. Translate written and verbal communications between Mandarin and English. Attend client and internal meetings to assist with communication and note-taking. Document client requirements, questions, and feedback for technical teams. Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients. Assist with the preparation and translation of technical documentation and reports. Track action items and help ensure timely follow-up on client requests. Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of communications, meeting notes, and project information. Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 0-2 years of professional experience in customer service, project coordination, administration, translation, technical support, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting clients or customers in a professional environment. Exposure to technology, software, manufacturing, engineering, or IT-related industries. Experience translating business or technical documents. Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management systems.
