Job Summary


Our client is seeking a GI Technician to assist providers with EGDs and colonoscopies. The role involves setting up for procedures and operating in a direct assist capacity. The team is collaborative and provides a supportive environment. Patient interactions vary between 8 and 15 patients a day.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers directly during EGDs and colonoscopies.
• Prepare for procedures in a timely manner.
• Maintain patient volume efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an endoscopic suite or as a GI tech.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience from hospital endoscopic labs is preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in assisting with endoscopic procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with optional Saturdays during peak seasons.
• Maximum of 40 hours per week.
