Pharmacy Care Coordinator Patient Messaging & Scheduling

AssistRx, Inc. in Overland Park, KS seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers and team members. You will assess call purpose, triage when needed, and coordinate with pharmacists for clinical decisions.
Responsibilities include triaging inbound calls, scheduling via dialer, collecting demographics, plan information and patient history, and documenting in the pharmacy application. You will prepare shipping materials for technicians.
